Today was at times full of stress, but also very relaxing. I am finally going to be done with this year of school tomorrow, after I take my last two tests. I have spent a lot of the last week waiting for tomorrow to get here so I can be done with school for the summer. It's not as if I dislike school, but it is nice to have a break. I also think that the fact that I knew that after this week I was going to be done made it worse. I don't think I would feel this way if I knew that I still had to go to class after this week; the fact that I knew when my hour of freedom was to arrive made it come that much slower. I'm not sure if this makes any sense at all- my mind is kind of fried, so I will move on to today's photo. This is a sea lion at Brookfield Zoo whom I named Wally. I was there last winter when almost no one was there, and this sea lion was happy to have an audience. He always makes me smile when I see this picture. He was a perfect subject: he would do flips and dives, and then he would float right near the glass as if he knew that I wanted to take pictures of him. I hope Wally brightens your day.
